On my first visit to Paul, he made me feel very relaxed and took the time to assess my problems. The service I received was very thorough and tailored to my needs. I found that each session I attended was full of new techniques that helped me more and more as the sessions progressed, his knowledge, patience and kindness is outstanding. I cannot rate Paul and his therapies high enough. When I first visited him he asked me what I would ultimately like to achieve and that was to have my life back on track.
