The Light Gets In
The Light Gets In was set up in May 2015, with the aim of supporting people to find lasting mental and physical well-being. We do this by offering an accessible, personal and sustainable fusion of yoga and mindfulness in Cardiff, which is suitable for absolutely everyone. Members of The Light Gets In can commit to pay on a monthly basis, and in return they have access to eight group classes per week (and we are always adding to this), monthly 1:1 sessions, ongoing personal assessment, dawn mindful walks, annual retreats, bespoke events and much more.
