Stratford is a medieval vibrant market town bustling with 21st century activities whilst being surrounded by 17th century buildings notably the Shakespeare houses, Royal Shakespeare Theatre and the beautiful gardens alongside the River Avon - all for 12 months of the year. You are also within easy reach of the North Cotswolds, historic Warwick with its most famous Castle, the Royal Agricultural Showground, NEC, Birmingham International airport and so much more. The Loft house is an ideal new build accommodation for holiday lets (self-catering) available throughout the year. The accommodation is set over a single floor and fitted out to ensure that your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable.
The Loft house has full gas central heating, all linen is supplied and a small welcome pack is provided. This ample accommodation offers a cosy comfortable lounge with satellite TV and radio, a fully equipped dining/kitchen, one large bedroom, with en suite including bath and shower. There is also a walk in wardrobe and storage for cases etc.

Please note the accommodation is totally non-smoking although it has an advantage that pets are very welcome
