Booked a mini bus for a corporate trip to Henley June 2012. The driver refused to wait 10 minutes for the group to walk from the agreed pick up point to a new one due to a road closure. Complained verbally and in writing with no response. Had to file a claim resulting in the issue of a CCJ - now in March 2013 and no monies received - they are successful at dodging customer pick ups and bailiffs.
