Unprofessional
2 minutes before I arrived for last week's 9.00 appointment I was called on my mobile to be told that the dentist would be arriving about 30 minutes late. I re-booked for this week. Today, when I arrived, I was told she would be about 10 minutes late. After 20 minutes she still had not arrived, and I left.

Nice place to find lots of shops.
But car parking in St Albans can be a nightmare.
