Delicious food reasonable prices
A lovely pub/restaurant full of character - used to be wine cellars. Set in Castle Hill opposite the main post office in Lancaster. All your classic freshly made pub dishes made with the finest local produce - the hand cut chunky chips are the best i've tasted in a long time! There are specials and mains as well as sandwiches, starters and snacks like morecambe bay potted shrimps, fishcakes and soups.Well worth a visit for a pub lunch or an evening meal.Friendly helpful staff - good service.
