THE METROPOLE HOTEL

More often than not, the 4 star Metropole hotel is the first sight you notice on entering the vibrant town of Padstow, aka the sea food capital of Great Britain.

The view over the town and Camel Estuary from the hotel is second to none and it's also one of the only hotels to offer reasonable parking facilities on site (believe us, that is a big bonus here)!

ACCOMMODATION

The Metropole has 58 individually appointed bedrooms that are available in a choice of categories: Standard, Select and Premier. All rooms are en suite with bath and overhead shower and are equipped with remote control colour TV, clock/radio, hospitality tray and hairdryer as standard.

Our Select rooms offer great views over the town, harbour or Camel estuary. Make the most of your visit and spoil yourselves with some champagne on ice in your room or some fresh flowers and chocolates for a special occasion. We have a number of options available and they can be arranged at time of booking, even online! Now how easy is that to ensure your stay is extra special? If you want to go out every day and take a delicious packed lunch with you, well we can do that too!

LOCAL AREA

One thing to be said about Cornwall, whatever you want to see, you won't be very far from it! Mind you, there is so much on offer in and around Padstow that you'll find the desire to travel any further afield will dwindle somewhat.

The town of Padstow is bustling pretty much year round and it is perfect for wandering around. There's a good mix of shops, galleries and eateries and most people find some shopping irresistible! On the entertainment front, here's some food for thought:
