Great pub for food
Nice, friendly pub which does very good food with an interesting range of dishes. I highly recommend their Singapore seafood laska, which is extremely tasting and if your looking for more traditional pub grub my other half gave their burger and hand-cut chips two thumbs up. Very well priced, with special deals on every day of the week, like their two-for-one offer on main meals on Mondays. There is also an good range of beverages available with some nice beers on tap.

Best pub in Reading!
Since being tarted up last year, The Moderation is a fab place to spend the evening eating and drinking. The menu is a mix of standard 'gastro' fayre and some more global-style dishes, and is always excellent. The interior is fab (leather seats, candles etc), and their weekly food deals mean it's bargainous as well. Hurrah for The Moderation :D
