We saw a very much improved home on our visit to see my Mother this morning. New furnishings and a happier staff. No offensive odours and inmates looking clean and cared for. Staff working well despite being at work on Christmas day. Well done. The promised improvements since the take over have taken place. Maintain this standard and you will be much praised.
