Ate here on 22nd June and cannot fault it for the price. £10 for 2 course meal. Was apprehensive after reading terrible reviews and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely garden and outside area too. Would certainly recommend it.

used to be great, now terrible
Usede to be my favourite place to eat, went for our anniversary. Letf for 40 mins to wait for our booked tablke at 8.30pm. Got up to walk out at 9.15 and complained to staff, the place wasn't even full? another couple walked out as we did and said there meal waqs appaling, so maybe we had a lucky escape.

Dreadful
Meal, Service and attitude - 15th January 2009 awful. Fish very overcooked. Vegetables hard as rock despite request for softer. Attitude abysmal - even expected payment for meal and requested Gratuity upon payment!!! E-mailed complaint and follow up letter but NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.Will ruin reputation of hotel.
