A warm and friendly Highland welcome from The Ness Guest House in Inverness. The Ness is a Victorian villa built in 1877 which retains many of its original architectural features and has four comfortable en-suite bedrooms.
We're ideally located in a quiet residential street in the Crown district, only a few minutes walk to the Castle, the river Ness and the Eastgate shopping centre.
We have free private off-street parking and secure overnight bicycle storage.

Susan and Richard are the perfect hosts. There are many tourism and accommodation operators who should visit The Ness Guesthouse and Learn how it can and should be done. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Easy distance from town, great recommendations for food and things to do and a brilliant guest house. Raining when we arrived, so the host met us at the car with umbrellas. This is off to a good start I thought. Susan also recommended options for walks, drinks and a meal. All proved ideal, especially the evening meal at the 'Mustard Seed' in town, a 20 minute walk. We would be back in a heartbeat Thankyou.

3 nites here in early August. En-suite was so clean the fixtures looked like they were installed yesterday. Absolutely no problem to accommodate my gluten-free diet, lovely antiques in breakfast room, well placed with regard to town amenities, and I would stay here again without question!!! I had a room at the back which was perfect! And b&b was right on the bus line!
