If the South Bay is more your thing and you don't fancy the walk, the open top bus leaves regularly from the Corner Complex on the beach to take you along the seafront to the south bay for the Funfair and Amusements, Gift Shops, Spa Complex and the Italian Gardens. Other Attractions are North Yorkshire Moors National Park and Railway, Heartbeat Country, Historic York, Whitby, Flamingo Land.
