Plan-It provides services to the Coventry, Warwickshire and surrounding areas, based in Kenilworth we provide architectural design and application management services for home owner extensions.

We can help you develop your design ideas for an enlarged home, giving consideration to national planning policies, as well as local residential guides, we produce Planning Application drawings and associated documents, and act as your agent submitting your application to your Local Planning Authority (LPA) managing the application on your behalf until decision. We also produce Building Regulations drawings and associated detailing, for submission to your Building Control Body (BCB) and again act as your agent handling the submission on your behalf until decision.

From the outset we have built this business around "YOU" the home owner. We aim to provide you and your family with quality spaces that meet your needs and to care for your home as we do ours.
