Our 30 pound call out charge includes initial consultation of all computer seizures which will normally last for about 30 minutes At the end of this period, an initial verbal estimate will be provided for any essential replacement of components or software. Subject to your approval we will then complete the work at your address or if necessary provide overnight care to enhance recovery.

For more severe disease, we will quote for the surgery and recuperation so you know the full cost before treatment.

Our fee is payable at the outset with any additional costs at completion.
