The Perky Cakery is a new organic bakery specialising in producing a wide range of exciting products using our unique blends of gluten and wheat free flours, dairy and egg substitutes, and organic, fair-traded produce to recreate everybody's favourite treats!
We regularly provide bespoke products to schools within the Charnwood Borough catchment area which are specifically tailored to pupils who suffer with different allergies and intolerances. Our recipes incorporate a combination of unrefined sugars and naturally occurring, organic sweeteners which reduce the sugar content, carbohydrate and calories, making them ideal for the health conscious individual
