The Property Outlet was established by Joanna Swain, & is an independent Bristol based company offering a professional blend of expertise & personal approach with an unparalleled understanding of the local market.

After many years, working both for national corporate & smaller independent property agencies, Joanna decided to put her experience of working in residential sales & lettings into building a company that aims to bring a fresh approach to Estate Agency & Lettings in Bristol. Her aim is to provide the highest standard of service to property owners, buyers & tenants, combining the benefits of modern technology with old fashioned personal attention to detail.

Over the years Joanna has carefully created a dedicated team with over 35 years of experience of Estate Agency, Lettings & Financial Services, specifically in Bristol. Landlord Service

let only - Excellent for those landlords who are experienced but prefer not to deal with the marketing, the finding of a suitable tenant & the setting up of the tenancy, we offer our let only tenant find service.

let plus - Great for landlords who are happy to deal with the day to day management of their property, but haven't got the time for finding a tenant & collecting the rent. We will take care of the marketing & the setting up of the tenancy, & then ensure that the rent is paid & look after the associated paperwork. We will also negotiate any extensions of the tenancy.

let & managed - Ideal for first time landlords or those who simply just don't have time for the management of their rental property. Our let & managed package means that we take care of everything so that you don't have to deal with any stresses or strains that come with managing your property. Whatever may happen, we are there to collect the rent & deal with any property related emergencies your tenants may have.
