Rip off merchants
My son is still owed the last months rent which he paid at the beginning. They are all liars and cheats especially that Corinne. I think Bedford university needs to know about their scams so that innocent students don't lose any more money to these thieves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Terrible!
I am ashamed to say I am still a part of this terrible place. They have stolen enough money off me to feed a small family for a year. They have yet to fix any of the appliances (including light bulbs) that have been broken for 6+ months now. They will lie and get out of any issue they can and as long as they get a couple of extra pennies at the end of it they don't even care who they hurt. Think Scrooge, and multiply him, and make him about five times as bad, then you are getting close to the property shop. Don't go with these horrible people.

Appalling
They are a waste of your money! They add secret charges to everything, purposely loose direct debits so they can charge yo "late" fees, Never fix anything, and if you need something replaced they replace it with someone else's second hand broken goods! They especially rip off students! Save yourself the trouble and do NOT go with these people, put them out of business and you will be much better off!
