The therapy room is located within the Fitness4less gym, a newly refurbished gym in the centre of Watford. The receptionist was very welcoming and introduced me to my therapist. I was taken to a quiet area where the treatment rooms were located. The treatment rooms were clean and tidy as you would expect and was asked to go through a health questionnaire. I talked over my particular issues with the therapist and I prepared for my massage. The Massage was great and directed at my problem areas which were raised through the questionnaire and now I am a regular customer of The Pure Massage Company and would recommend highly!
