We have 9 comfortable, recently decorated , bedrooms all non smoking . We have two family rooms with en suite for two adults and 1 child over the age of 10 years old. We have a ground floor twin en suite room for those guests with mobility problems. All our bedrooms have colour T.V.; hospitality tray, alarm clock radio and hairdryers. Our Super king bedroom has free view TV and CD player. The guest lounge has free view T.V , DVD, Video and CD players for your pleasure.

We have the first artificial surf reef in Europe due to be started in summer 2007, meaning the area will be great for surfers and spectators to the many competitions that are hoped to be held here. There is a surf shop on the seafront for all your equipment and lessons if required. Rosscourt Hotel has storage for surf boards in a safe and secure area.

We are ideally based for 2012 Olympics sailing events being only 30 miles from the main events.
