DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Jim, the owner, is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Having booked the barista course in November, I had to cancel due to covid. Trying to rebook, I couldn’t see online any dates, so texted Jim. He refused to book me in on the phone sayin ‘no, you’ll have to book through our website, which we spent good money on’. 😳 Right, OK. Then he said I should be grateful for speaking to him at 7pm at night. HE CALLED ME. I asked for my money back he said ‘you’ll not be getting your money back, read our terms and conditions’. Lovely. Nice. I’ve spent £300 I saved long and hard for and he’s taken my cash without a thought. Jim is such a horror. Please, don’t go near him. I’m in tears.
