About
Counselling offered in the Widnes area, dealing with, amongst others, anxiety, depression, stress, couples therapy, anger, self esteem issues, bereavement and loss. Fully qualified and a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, I have a wealth of counselling experience. I offer flexible appointments during the evening, daytime or weekends. I have a very down to earth approach and make it easy for people to work with me. I work on a one to one basis with individuals and couples, with sessions taking place in a private counselling room in the Widnes area. I use the Psychodynamic approach and also combine CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) into my practice.
