Know i haven't got a leg to stand on.
Around 19 months ago, I purchased 3 seater and two leather chairs. Firstly delivery was crap not the date specified, about week late. Just starting to notice the so called leather is peeling on one of the seats. Arm on arm chair same is starting to happen on that.Biggest mistake i made buying from this company, would never recommend to anyone. No point in complaining, know i would'nt get any where warrenty only for year.

Terrible service
Terrible after-care service, 9 months after purchase it was identified that the chair had been made from different batches of material that faded at significantly different rates. Offered £10 as compensation, company completely deny that it was a manufacturing fault. Refuse to answer emails.
