Stole my Money and Others!!

I ordered some soundproofing materials (NSSW2 panels and dense fibre mattting) on 16/07/2011 for my party wall and ceiling, a little while after placing the original order I realised I had ordered too much of the product so called back to ammend it, just like other people have mentioned the manager told me they cant refund my credit card for the differnce in amounts and will post a cheque instead, to this date and nearly 3 months after chasing him and being fobbed off on the phone on a daily basis the promised cheque has never arrived, he even said to me he might not send it if i dont stop bothering him, luckily I was able to get my money back from the credit card company in the end under their exceptions department. I would never use this company again and would recommend anyone even contemplating it to think again, they have stolen my money and it looks like other peoples also from the reviews posted on another site which you can see here: http://www.freeindex.co.uk/profile(the-sound-solution)_102861.htm
