The Spice Pavilion Indian Restaurant has just opened its doors on Dundas Street in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town surrounded by great art galleries such as The Bourne Gallery and the Open Eye gallery to name just two. The Spice Pavilion is beautifully decorated in a style that lends itself to being both contemporary and warm, with rich vivid colours of ruby, creams and cotton whites, inspired by the Indian colonial era. The Spice Pavilion’s menus are designed with an emphasis on refined yet creative North West Indian Frontier Style cuisine incorporating both traditional classic Indian favourites and original ‘signature’ dishes from Mumbai, Lucknow, Hyderabad and Kashmir regions of India. The Spice Pavilion Edinburgh is open 7 days: Lunch 12.00pm - 2.30pm Dinner 5.00pm - 11.00pm
