completely unprofessional

Went here on St Patrick's day with my family and two friends,both friends were served a drink ,I was told by staff member (not the duty manager as is company policy) I was not to be served until I spoke to the pub manager (who rejected my calls),my partner enquired was it me or the whole party and we were told we all had to leave,my youngest child is autistic and this sudden change in what she thought was going to be a good family outing caused her to withdraw and now she is reluctant to leave the house to go out anywhere for a meal,I can understand if I was barred but I have not been given a reason why ,and no response from the pub or its head office has been forthcoming,but why were my family and friends made to suffer,one star for service for the staff member that had the decency to be as kind and courteous towards us as the manager renegged on her responsibility and his away
