I contacted Deborah after being diagnosed with complex PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), I am an armed forces veteran of 25 years. I had attended CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) with Combat Stress and iTalk, neither worked for me, the whole group therapy session did not help with my condition.
