Truro City

The club is in the process of a total revampment through the club and on the playing side. 5 year plan has been set up to build between a 15,000 and 20,000 seater stadium on the site including coperate boxes and restaurant. There is a very friendly atmosphere from the officials and members of the club and is an ideal setting for meetings or functions with more on offer as the development takes place. The 1st team play the south western league and a enjoyable time was had at the boxing day fixture with Truro beating Newquay 2-1. Then in the club afterwards a presentation to the club from the supporters committe of a cheque for 11,000 pounds was warmly recieved. Then the officials and players dashed off to local hospital to deliver xmas presents for the children, this is not just a football club but a club keen to build links with there community.
