Natural plant medicines are carefully chosen for each person to help meet their unique needs and to assist relaxation, to reduce anxiety and also bring balance and lower stress levels.
The Stress Management Clinic was founded by Jackie Power BSc(Hons) ITEC mIFPA mANP GNC, a renowned Natural Medicine Practitioner & Aromatherapist with over twenty years clinic experience.

If you would like to experience a different approach to stress management and talk about your health, natural medicine and nutrition come and see me at The light Centre, in Belgravia. Enjoy a relaxing Aromatherapy treatment and take away a month's supply of natural plant medicines. This treatment would usually cost £100 but if you book before 31st August 2022 and have your treatment by 20th September 2022 the cost will be £80 including the natural medicine tablets.
Terms: One treatment per person. Treatment needs to taken by 20th September 2022 Cannot be transferred
