The Swingate Inn is a family run Inn, set in the idyllic surroundings of the Kent countryside, with 10 excellent ensuite rooms just 3 minutes from the eastern docks.The Swingate Inn has all you need for a comfortable nights sleep, preparing you for whatever your day or weekend has to throw at you, be it a golfing holiday at one of the excellent local courses, or a trip to France on the easily accessible ferries or Eurotunnel. All rooms are en-suite and have a colour television, alarm clock and hair dryer as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

The Swingate can provide catering for small or large groups of people, which makes us ideal for that family celebration, the business lunch or a wedding reception to remember for years to come. When it comes to weddings we are licensed for civil marriages and the renewal of marriage vows. We offer a choice of marriage rooms including a garden gazebo ceremony. The Swingate has provided first class wedding reception facilities for many years. We can package and design your special day - whether it's a small or large occasion your reception will be perfect.
