terrible to deal with
Went there talked over the details, the limitations of the time I have, when I can be Southampton, because of work. Paid advance, result?- nearly a month of disappointment: the promissed sketch: not done, sent to another client, the artist does not have the time to do one, he refused to make a sketch at all and said he will do it right away on the skin. The owner refused to make a transfer refund, knowing I am not from UK, then said I should be happy about the refund to be received at all even if it is on spot, as they have a non-refund policy. So going there be prepared to do a charity payment as the facility tends to take money, leaving you with nothing and being rude when approached, making themselves the victims.
