Excellent Recommended Service
Recently had the Tool Box undertake a number of projects in my house in Longwell Green. After contacting the company via Telephone, I was meet with the operator, who was extremely polite and professional and was more than willing to arrange for one of the workmen to visit and advise ASAP, when ever was convenient for me. The workman arrived professionally and quoted a very good price. I then decided to go ahead with the work, which was done to a very high standard and for a local small firm I was extremely impressed. I have since recommended The Tool Box to my neighbour, who is in the quotation stage with The Tool Box due to assess the work on Monday.

MESSY, RUDE, IGNORANT
Tool box came and carried out some work within our building. They left a terrible terrible mess!!! There was debris from the top floor to the ground floor across all of the halls and down 4 flights of stairs. I telephoned the company director who failed to return my calls it was only my persistence that meant I finally got through. The man was very rude and commented that "he had left the flat to his standards". APPALLING! After threatening not to pay the bill he was disgruntled to have to return to clean up the mess! he had the arrogance to then comment the condition of the communal areas and work of our cleaner! DO NOT HIRE!!!!
