I have phoned and also have seen the receptionist at tooth booth in Southampton twice. Every time I have spoken to her she never seem to be humble at all. Her customer service is very poor as there was no eye contact and her tone in her voice was arrogant. Makes you think twice about whether you would like to confront her again for anything. A simple smile wouldn't do harm!
