not worth the money

Me and my partner booked this for valentines day as a nice get away and we are not fussy at all however . . . Room - very small however they were nice and cosy The walls are very thin therefore we can hear everything the toilets didn't flush properly, the baths are very thin and taps were stiff. The restaurant - expensive but it was worth it the food was delicious. The pool and relaxation area- the jacuzzi were both broken, there was swimming lessons and lane swimming so you couldn't just relax. Customer service - the first girl was named Jess she was lovely however after her everyone was awful and rude. However theres a manageress and she seemed ok she was very good on cleanliness she checked our room before we went in to check it was suitable which it was lovely and clean and as I was eating I looked over and she was going round everywhere checking for dust so that was a positive for me. All in all we have checked out a day early and we wont come back again.
