4-8 Year olds Little Dragons, 9-14 year olds Urban Dragons and MMA Dragons for those children who wish to experience the thrills of competition safely under expert instruction. We hold age specific classes for kids ensuring your children train in exactly the right class for them.

For ADULTS we offer exciting classes in Braziian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) Gi and No Gi, Bruce Lee's Jeet Kun Do system, Muay Thai, Thai Boxing, Street Defence Urban Warrior, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA),Kali, Kick Boxing, Ladies Keep Fit, Ladies only self defence with a female instructor, Combat Tae Kwon Do, Boxercise, Jiu Jitsu (Jutsu), Wing Chun, Pressure Points, Systema (the martial art of the Russian security services), MMA Fitness and circuit training even Grappling. We even have specialist family classes where you and your children can all train together in safety.
