Avoid Cloud 9 bridal shop!!!
This bridal shop has a nice selection of dresses but the service is appalling. The staff don't care about making the bride feel nice or helping her choose the best dress, they just want a sale. When my dress arrived and didn't quite fit because it needed minor adjustments I was told by the staff to go on a diet and come back once I had lost weight.... I am a size 10! The staff are rude, insulting and don't care about the customer. The changing room is small, cramped and you get a much better experience and customer service in any other bridal shop around!
