I have been trying to reach your shop on the phone without success, I bought a crystal pendant set with earrings on the 24th Nov. one of which is broken from the stem. As I have returned to Scotland and this was a gift for the 2nd Dec, it is no longer appropiate. I would like to return this item for a full refund.
