I can confirm that the man calling himself Thomas Penning is indeed a rip-off artist. His employees did shockingly bad work at my house and took advantage of me at every term. I received neither a receipt nor a guarantee and had to have the work redone in under two years.

this is not Thomas Penning but a gypsy called Timothy Joyce from Oxford known by the trading standards and the police for ripping oap's off
