AVOID!!

Avoid this garage at all costs, they are very rude and have no customer service skills at all, if you want to speak to a mechanic you are made to feel like you are a burden to them when you just want some simple advice. They failed my MOT on the angle of the headlights, I asked them to adjust it for me as this was the only issue and to a mechanic this is a 2 minute job. They said they may get chance to do it but they might not. Went to the garage down the road near Aldi and they were very helpful and they told me to take it down and they will adjust the angle for free as it is a 2 minute job as I thought. I am very surprised at how they treat their customers as we are the people who pay their wages as we have broken cars, I can only imagine how this poor service will eventually damage any reputation they have. I can only advise you about the service I have been given and its up to yourself if you listen but if you do take my advice there is a garage down the road, as I mentioned earlier, near Aldi and they are very friendly and always willing to help and for the price of driving a few hundred yards you will have a much better customer service experience and for the same price or cheaper.
