They are fraud!
They are fraud! stealing customers money I paid £225 deposit which they said they will forward me the ticket and reserved it for me. Also said to pay the rest of the money. This was said by ,he is a expert scammer. he never send the ticket when I contacted airline there’s no ticket reserved under my name. I contacted Ahmed several times asking for my ticket but he never sent it. And also they have many companies for scam.(flights and tickets /ticketLords.co

Fraudsters pls RUN!
This guys defrauded me £100. They will give you a discounted price for a flight and ask that you pay £100 deposit to secure it promising you that they will cancel and refund if you do not which to travel.I paid £100 on 9/05/3019 @ 22:05. They sent me a confirmation email after payment at about 22:30; with different terms and condition asking me to pay the Due balance on the same 09/05/2019 at 9am same day. They have refused to reply all my emails and refused to answer my calls and even when they answer and realise you are not a new customer they will find a way to tell you that the person to attend to you is not on seat. The lady I spoke with today hang up the phone on me when I kept asking for her name, I told her I wanted to speak to Shehzad Khan because he contacted me but as soon as she called up my name and read one of my last email, she told me that the guy is not on seat and that I should call in the evening to speak to one Roy Kelvin (which is clearly not the guys name because he has indian/Pakistani accent) I have been on this for 8 weeks now. They also go by the trading name flight&ticket.co.uk. They called me after this review and asked that I delete the review and they will refund my money so I have to edit and update this.

Trust worthy Travel agent
Very happy with the service and the staff of Ticket Lords that has been helping me to get 2 tickets for Harare. I will review it again after traveling but I have used this company and its people are trust worthy and I have also recommended my friends to book their tickets with Alex because he knows his job and he is patient with customers and a true representation of the company.
