A real find
Every now and again my back problem flares up and I went along to see Bridget at Tiger Lilys who recommended trying a massage with the aromatherapy oils. She said I might not immediately feel the full benefit until the next day. I was sceptical but I'll try anything once. Generally speaking Bridget has great hands and seems to know intuitively where the problem is but I was amazed to wake up the following day to find my back was no longer in spasm. I'm sure it wasn't just a coincidence and I'd highly recommend Bridget, she's a lovely warm chatty lady who provides a great massage in a relaxing environment.
