Awful. Please, AVOID!

My family and myself were in one of their properties for two years. It was awful. The place was freezing in the Winter. There were doors which wouldn't physically close, double glazing which needed replacing and a general lack of insulation. They wouldn't repair anything. The main bedroom was so cold, because of the defective double glazing, I would get into bed fully clothed, with a thick dressing gown ontop. It was still feezing. There was mould on the walls and ceiling.
