I was very happy with the service provided by Rob Till at a time (just after Christmas) when plumbers are difficult to find, and can charge exorbitant rates. He visited our house twice, checked out a failed shower pump, sourced a suitable replacement, and carried out the replacement efficiently and at a reasonable cost. This was not a very difficult job, but he impressed me as reliable and knowledgeable. I would use his services again.

BEWARE - completely been let down by Tills. We used Tills to do our main bathroom in 2013. So we contacted them again to do our second bathroom. As a second time customer we have been left in limbo by Tills and we are obviously very unhappy - initial expectations were high based on previous work but Tills have ABANDONED the job before completion (November 2014). We think Tills had another job scheduled so did not fulfill this commitment for their financial reasons. This is not the way to conduct business relationships and we are hoping Tills will get in touch and finish this job as agreed. At present I would now not recommend Tills.
