She loves to see people taking responsibility of their own lives, allowing their dreams and desires to come true.
“I love to learn new therapies in order to offer more to my clients. I have practiced yoga for over 6 years. I love practicing yoga. It helps me to feel calm and focused. It helps me to take control of my life and make positive changes."
Emma has studied all aspects of Hatha Yoga with Yoga Scotland over a 3 year period – some of her extensive knowledge include anatomy and physiology, philosophy and practical elements.
“Yoga is an extremely important aspect of my life and I would strongly encourage anyone to take up yoga as a way of improving their general health and quality of life."
In her spare time she loves to go away on day trips. She loves to go cycling and spends her time with nature. She loves attending yoga retreats and workshops. She believes self-development is very important in life and she continually pushes herself to achieve more.
