A bad experience from the start
Unfortunately a bad experience from the start. My initial email detailing my personal learning needs was obviously not read as I had to repeat information which were already specified in this email. Tina was late arriving for the first lesson. I understood things can happen out of our control however no apology or explanation was given. Despite her website claiming 'working calmly together'; she was visibly frustrated with me as well as verbalising this, for not being able to follow instructions immediately when given them on my second lesson whilst I was flustered.

Hello Tina, From all this information your business is on a very good progressive path. It was really good to have met you at church yesterday and I am sure we have lots more to share.
