Very unprofessional service which costed us in hundreds of pounds damage.
The cleaner broke our bed during the end of tenancy cleaning, tried to hide it and then although he admitted he broke the bed and forgot to mention it, refused to compensate us for the damage. He claimed to be fully insured when we booked the cleaning but this is obviously not the case. He works only with cash. Beware- The owner has a number of ads for an end of tenancy cleaning under different company names, all refer to the same phone number.

Cleaning
Well done guys! Brilliant job you did with End of Tenancy Cleaning of my premises. Agency were happy as it was done according to the inventory checks needed. I have got my full deposit back. I would definitely recommend it to others. Five stars for you guys. Keep it UP!

BEST VALUE FOR THE MONEY. I GOT THE SERVICES OF H2O CLENAERS FOR MY END OF TENANCY. THEY DONE IT REALLY WELL.I WAS SO PLEASED THAT I HAD TO ADD TIP FOR THE CLEANERS. THE ESTATE AGENTS WERE HAPPY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FAMILY & FRIENDS.
