Who are we? We are TLE (The Leading Edge) Learning Centre. TLE is based in the heart of harrow (Opposite Harrow-on-the-hill bus station) We are an Adult Training Centre (for over 19 year olds), offering the community FREE (government funded), computer & tutor taught courses on a flexible basis. Courses can be studied from the comfort of a client own home or within our centre, with the support of our staff. We are open 7 days a week (Mon to Thurs 9am to 7pm, Fri and Sat 9am to 5pm, Sun 10am to 5pm). What courses are we offering? Accredited Certificates in: Adult Literacy (English) (Entry Level to Level 2) Adult Numeracy (Maths) (Entry Level to Level 2) I.T.
