We approached Simon & TOAST in early 2014 with a brief to help us develop our Fun Factories to a ‘Best in Class’ standard. The team certainly rose to the challenge helping Brewers Fayre create a concept that all stakeholders are delighted with. The hugely successful multi-site trial is leading to further roll-out plans for Brewers Fayre Fun Factory sites. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Simon and his team again for future projects and would recommend them for their creativity, commercial and operational excellence.

Simon Browning and TOAST have had a significant impact on the Krispy Kreme Brand over the last 4 years. Whether it be developing conceptual ideas, establishing the strategy or strategic approaches through to implementation of projects. Simon has become a go to person in terms of flexibility and confidence that a job will get done. I would see the TOAST fundamental strengths as outstanding customer service, quality of work and achieving inspirational results.
