Together Everybody Achieves More Ltd is a company with large ambitions. Our philosophy is to combine the talents of many people to yield results that cannot be achieved by individuals alone. We believe that by helping as many people as possible to get what they want, we will achieve our objectives.
TEAM currently has five main divisions:

TEAM Energy

works within the government's Energy Companies Obligation programme and the Green Deal to help home owners and tenants to improve the energy efficiency of their property. We bring together all the necessary disciplines required to make projects work; from our customers through surveyors and installers to the energy companies that provide the funding. We assist individual clients and we work with large organisations such as property management companies and housing associations. Our work ranges from one-off houses to large scale projects such as blocks of flats.

TEAM Trades

has been established in the midlands because we believe that many of the Trade finder sites on the internet are not doing enough to serve the interests of trades people and customers. We aim to make it easy for customers to find qualified and experienced tradespeople at the right price, whatever the job may be.
At the same time we provide tradespeople with professional support. We believe that charging for leads that may not result in business is expensive for tradespeople and does not represent value for money. Unlike many other companies, we offer a fixed annual membership cost which includes not only sufficient leads to make a profit, but also a range of support services.
Another reason that tradespeople value our service is that we give 5% of our annual profits to charity. This means that our affiliated tradespeople can be a part of our support for good causes and can take pride in helping their community.

TEAM Utilities

is our way of helping customers to reduce their energy bills. Whilst TEAM Energy assists people by insulating homes to make them easier to heat, we can do more by reducing the price people pay for their gas and electricity.
To many people Utilities means simply gas and electricity, but by looking into the costs of home phones, broadband and mobile phones it is often possible to get an overall deal which significantly reduces the costs of both energy and telephony.
We also help people to avoid confusing payment plans for gas and electricity by combining all the above services into one, easy to understand bill.

The Green Property Network

o raise awareness of the importance of Greener homes within the property sector The Green Property Network has been created to enhance the marketing of properties that have received energy efficiency improvements.
The Green Property Network is a Free Service to all landlords who have had improvements through the T.E.A.M. Group.
It is designed to help you market improved properties at no extra cost.
Free pre & post improvement photos – Free pre & post EPCs for marketing purposes.
There will be separate parts of the web site for sales and lettings, with Free affiliate links to take interested parties to landlord's or agent's web site.
We will be advertising the site in local media and investing in SEO to generate interest in your Green properties.
