We had a truly terrible time with Tollers

We had a truly terrible and stressful experience with Tollers during a recent house conveyance ...... In addition to confusion, duplication and a general lack of updates we felt their main priority was on how they could bump up their quoted fixed price including a surcharge for a none existent gift which we frequently advised them about ....... close to the point of completion when we rejected their variously in error bill they locked up the process and instructed us to get an additional solicitors advise at additional cost and for which they would in addition charge us another surcharge etc ........ we nearly lost the new house and the seller was furious and my partner was devastated until we found a new local solicitor who had to completely redo the whole conveyancing process quickly, smoothly and competively precisely as they quoted ...... When i advised Tollers MD / CEO that we would do a review they very heavily threatened us in writing with " hell and damnation " ( copy available upon request ) and when we actually did a review Tollers claimed not to know us .... until we provided overwhelming proof to the review site ....... what a nightmare it was and still upsets us to think of it now.
