I offer contemporary psychoanalytical psychotherapy sessions.
There are many reasons why someone might decide to seek psychoanalytical therapy.
You may be facing an unexpected life situation that you find difficult to cope with (separation, bereavement, illness, redundancy...) or are struggling with painful and unsettling feelings such as sadness, anger or anxiety. Psychotherapy not only significantly reduces psychological suffering, but improves health and wellbeing and opens up the capacity to live a more fulfilling life. Instead of ready-made answers or advice, I offer a safe space, free from judgement, where you can learn to listen to yourself and be heard without preconceptions.
